Experience

-Previous employment in a sales representative role where you have successfully turned prospects into customers
-A state insurance license—or willingness to earn one in Property & Casualty, and Life (If you don’t have a license, you must be willing to get licensed)

Necessary Skills

-Effective written and oral communication skills
-Great interpersonal skills and a proven ability to build rapport with prospective and existing customers
-Effective time management and organizational skills

- Customer-centric mentality, thinking about ways to provide excellent service while finding the right fit for current and potential clients.

Knowledge

-Ability to learn insurance coverage and underwriting guidelines
-Familiarity with finding, building and growing leads and customer base

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
